Assembly of Drive Enclosures requires both mechanical and computer skills, THERE IS A RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS
ALL ENCLOSURE SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the volume of uninformed purchases, enclosures can be returned FOR WARRANTY REPAIR ONLY (NO REFUNDS).

  • Warranty Information (USA Only): WARRANTY TERMS (effective Dec 1, 2005) These terms supercede all prior published warranty terms QCUSA Purchased products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of Ninety (90) Days from the original date of purchase.

    Warranty Limitations

  • The following is not covered under QCUSA (or any sites belonging to QCUSA) warranty program:
  • 1. Product with defaced, altered or removed serial numbers (no valid, legible serial number = no warranty).
  • 2. Product owned by anyone other than the original purchaser. (The warranty is not transferable and will not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers.)
  • 3. Product that has been physically abused (run over by a car or beat with a hammer etc.).
  • 4. Product that has been over-powered, causing thermal and/or mechanical failure.
  • 5. Product that has not been installed according to the instructions in the owner’s manual/or as per our Online Support Staff.
  • 6. Product in which repair and/or modification has been attempted by unauthorized parties
  • 7. Product damaged cosmetically due to improper handling or normal wear and tear
  • 8. Product damaged in an accident or by “acts of God” (bad operator, flooding, lightning, locusts, etc.)
  • 9. BIOS Upgrades/ ReFlashing/ Reprograming of Devices that is not performed by QCUSA INc. .
  • 10. Shipping costs associated with re-installing or shipping the product to QCUSA for warranty service
  • Failures resulting from misapplication or misuse of the Product, failure to adhere to any specifications or instructions, or failure resulting from neglect, abuse, accidents, or acts of nature are not covered under Any Warranty.

  • Cost of shipping returned goods are to be assumed by the consumer.
  • Restocking fees: Any product returned is subject to restocking fees.
  • 1-14 days after purchase: 15% Re-Testing/Repair/or Refund
  • 14-30 days after purchase: 25% Re-Testing/Repair/or Refund
  • After 30 days: 50% Re-Testing/Repair/or Refund
  • After 60 days: Returns not accepted, Repair Service Only.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be made on QCUSA INC. products that were not purchased directly from QCUSA INC.
  • All items OLDER than 60-DAYS of invoice can ONLY BE SENT BACK FOR RE-TESTING FINALIZED BY AN ITEM REPAIR or REPLACEMENT(no credits)
  • QCUSA Inc. and Associated Websites, offers a Conditional 30-day money-back guarantee.
    This means that within 30 days of the date of invoice you may
    return your purchased item in resalable condition (in original packaging, with all supplied drivers/manuals/cables/adapters etc.) and receive a refund for the purchase price of your returned item minus a 15%-25% re-stocking fee. To receive a refund, the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (a.k.a. RMA Number) must be posted on the outside of the
    package (no markings on product packaging, just the outer shipping box)and include an explanation for the reason of return, including customer name, purchase order number,
    telephone number, and e-mail address. A refund will be issued when we receive the package, test it, and confirm
    that it is in resalabe condition.

    It is recommended that shipping of returned merchandise be via UPS, Federal Express, or US

    Mail (returns via US Postal Service must be in a “insured” and "trackable" form).

     QCUSA Inc./Secursite/Afilliates are not responsible for lost packages. (make sure it is shipped secured properly trackable and insured)

    Refunds will be credited to the original buyer's account.  All refunds will be credited at lesser of current market value or purchase price. Removal of serial numbers will void all warranties. Items being returned to us with missing serial numbers, will be refused and returned to the customer.

    Shipping costs are not refundable.

    QCUSA will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.(any missing items from a return will have a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee applied) We DO NOT offer cross ship services.
